- A bachelor’s degree, ideally in an administrative field, or having gained expertise through hands-on experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in the dynamic world of HR, showcasing a mastery of HR administration and basic knowledge of labour law

Project management of new-build electric multiple units (EMU) and trains with alternative traction systems, such as battery and hydrogen BEMU/HMU, includes the following tasks:
- Operational, contractual, timeline and budget responsibility for the projects such as:

- Conversion projects on trains

Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung einer Teilflotte der Diesel- und/oder Elektrotriebfahrzeuge der Alpha Trains Europa GmbH im Bereich Passenger Trains. Dies bedeutet insbesondere:
- Ansprechpartner für den Kunden bei allen technischen Fragen zu unseren Zügen
- Überwachung der Fahrzeuginstandhaltung und des Fahrzeugzustandes durch regelmäßige Besuche beim Kunden vor Ort in der Werkstatt
- Verarbeitung von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsdaten der Fahrzeuge in unserem Flottenmanagementsystem Zedas und in Sharepoint
