Our application process
We want to retain qualified employees for the long term and therefore take particular care in our search for candidates. In our individually-tailored application process, we take an adequate amount of time to get to know each other.
„One size fits all“ does not work for us.
The first step
In the first step, we review your full application documents together with the specialists in the field. We will try to provide you with feedback as soon as possible and will contact you, as a rule, after a maximum of two weeks.
The first interview
During the first interview, we are more interested in you as a person than in simply looking over your CV. Getting to know each other in a friendly manner is very important to us. You should also carefully consider whether you would like to join us. During the first interview, you will therefore meet a representative from the relevant specialist field.
The second interview
In the second interview round we will ask more detailed questions, show you our office, and give you the opportunity to get to know colleagues from the team and possibly from other areas.
