- Creation of single-entity financial statements for SPVs

- Relevant experience gained from:
- Law firms
- In-house legal roles, and/or
- Legal positions in Luxembourg
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg legal matters and regulations
- Fluent in English; additional European language skills would be a plus

Asset Administration Manager – part-time (60%) (f/m/d)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Asset Administration Manager to join our team in Antwerp. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a knack for managing data and are eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. You should possess strong organisational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks throughout the day.

- Support the Engineering department by ensuring our Locomotive records are kept updated and consistent in the long term
- Review technical documents, such as maintenance protocols, for correctness and completeness, before filing
- Manage reporting data of the locomotives, check monthly usage and contact lessees in case the information is incorrect or incomplete. Upload the information in the Asset Management system
- Support the delivery and re-delivery process by keeping the maintenance history of the locomotives up to date
- Keep authorization documentation up to date and support the team with new applications
The Asset Administration Manager reports to the Head of Asset & Lease Administration, collaborates with cross-functional teams and participates in Engineering meetings.

We are seeking a motivated Senior Controller to join our dynamic financial team at Alpha Trains. The ideal candidate will bring reporting expertise, a finance or controlling background and strong communication skills to drive collaboration and success across our international team.

- Providing a full overview/reporting on planning figures with a timeframe of 5 years ahead
- Monthly reporting of actuals vs. budget/re-forecast with full explanation of the variances on P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
- Building and maintaining financial reports based on Power BI and Query
- Developing forecast and scenario models, lifetime value models etc.
- Controlling of investment projects and related funds flows
The Senior Controller reports to the Head of Controlling and works together with other departments to ensure qualitative performance.
