The market is on the move – and so are Alpha Trains’ leasing solutions!
Flexibility and speed are crucial advantages in the highly competitive freight transportation market. The same is also true for rail freight, which offers an attractive alternative to the road in many cases, thanks to the strong commitment of operators. However, planning times for short-term spot transports are becoming increasingly tight and a swift response is called for, especially when it comes to rail freight. But even long-term transports can be considerably disrupted at short notice by operational breakdowns, which can never be completely ruled out in the rail sector.
That’s why customers often ask us: “Have you got a locomotive available for tomorrow?” And from today the answer is: “Yes!” With our Full-Flex offers, we are able to meet these challenges and can provide our customers with straightforward assistance when things get tight with fleet planning.
Bombardier/Alstom Traxx E483 locomotives are available for short-term leasing at locations at the Tiber.Co workshop in Asti. Leasing rates are layered depending on the leasing period, which can range from a minimum of 72 hours to a maximum of 3 months. The locomotives are all maintained by Alstom, ready to operate and have access to an extensive service network nationwide.
