Easy access to online booking and lease portfolio
Alpha Trains launches new “AlphaNOW” customer portal
Antwerp, 03rd May 2022 - With immediate effect, Alpha Trains’ customers are able to register for “AlphaNOW”, a new customer portal and online booking tool. With the implementation of “AlphaNOW”, Alpha Trains is taking a vital step towards digitalisation and further enhancing the customer experience.
AlphaNOW provides existing customers with direct, up-to-date access to their customer data and a transparent view of their leasing portfolio. Furthermore, Alpha Trains customers can easily search for any available locomotive within a timeframe of six months and book a locomotive directly online for a short period of time. All locomotives offered under our Full Flex leasing model can be directly booked via the portal.
“We designed AlphaNOW to further enhance the relationship with our customers. The portal is an entry point that provides direct access to contractual information and the option to enquire about the availability of locomotives. AlphaNOW is an efficient tool that facilitates initial customer enquiries, thus freeing up time for personal contact between customers and their commercial contacts,” said Guus de Boer, Commercial Director at Alpha Trains Locomotives.
With the launch, the first stage of the AlphaNOW rollout has gone online. Further features such as document sharing and invoicing are planned for future stages.
