Senior Fixed Asset Accountant (m/f/d)

Within our Finance team, we manage complex international fixed‑asset structures across multiple jurisdictions and IFRS requirements. To strengthen our capability in handling these demanding accounting topics, we are looking for a Fixed Asset Accountant.

• You manage and maintain the fixed asset accounting records for a diverse international asset portfolio
• You ensure accurate capitalization, depreciation and disposal of fixed assets in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP requirements
• You support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities
• You prepare reconciliations and analyses related to fixed assets and capital expenditures
• You collaborate closely with Finance colleagues and other departments across Europe
• You support audits and provide documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• You contribute to process improvements and the further development of fixed asset accounting procedures

If you are excited about joining our team, here is what we are looking for in the ideal candidate:

• Several years of experience in fixed asset accounting
• Experience with component accounting (IAS 16) for large and complex asset portfolios is essential
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience applying the component approach in practice
• Strong understanding of IFRS and statutory accounting requirements
• Proactive personality with a hands-on mentality
• You take responsibility for your area of work and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• MS Office medium user skills
• Preferably experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365
• Fluent English skills (minimum B2 level)
• German language skills are considered an advantage
