Project Manager Heavy Maintenance (f/m/d)

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership and delivering results. You bring a strong technical background combined with a practical, solution-oriented mindset. With your experience, you feel confident managing complex maintenance projects and working closely with a variety of stakeholders.

• Lead complex overhaul and maintenance projects end-to-end, taking full ownership of planning, execution, budget, and quality outcomes
• Own and drive the full procurement lifecycle - from supplier selection and tendering to defining scopes, evaluating proposals, and negotiating contracts
• Capture and apply supplier insights and lessons learned to continuously enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve fleet reliability
• Conduct thorough asset inspections before and after maintenance to define required works and ensure all activities are completed in full compliance with technical specifications
• Manage contractual delivery and acceptance processes while ensuring maintenance records and documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant
• Prepare high-quality internal approval documentation and deliver clear, concise monthly project reporting to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the ECM2 Manager, legal, commercial, and fleet teams

• Bring your expertise with a degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering or equivalent experience
• At least three years of experience in engineering or project management, including maintenance projects, preferably within the rail industry
• Strong technical expertise with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges in a professional manner
• Good understanding of legal, financial, and commercial aspects
• Fluent in English, with a basic knowledge of French; any other European language is a plus
