Application Manager DMS (f/m/d)

We are seeking a conductor of digital innovation to steer our digital transformation, innovation and improving business processes in tandem with our business users and orchestrating the implementation in a modern, cloud-based environment. 

• You will be the steward of application lifecycle management for some of our line of business applications, such as asset management
• Serving as a direct liaison with our business users, you will provide unwavering application support, conduct requirement analyses and lead change management endeavors
• You will craft and refine digital business processes across various tools and applications, harmonizing integrations in close partnership with stakeholders
• Maintaining meticulous documentation of processes, applications, and integrations will be your forte, providing the foundation for dependable operations and change management in our ever-evolving infrastructure
• You will manage and collaborate with external service providers and development teams
• You will lend your expertise to the design, development, and upkeep of reports and dashboards within our central data analysis hub, Microsoft Power BI
• You will play a pivotal role in advancing the automation of IT internal processes for user and application lifecycle management

If you are excited about joining our team, here is what we are looking for in the ideal candidate:

• A degree in computer science or comparable education
• Significant experience in roles such as application management, systems integration specialist, or similar capacities. Expertise in (ideally agile) project and change management, requirements analysis and stakeholder management
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical issues to business users, understand requirements and align with stakeholders
• Sound knowledge of the general usage of REST APIs and design of ETL processes for cloud-based services integration, databases and analysis tools. Know-how of Azure data integration services, such as Data Factory or Synapse Analytics, is a plus
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system landscapes, data models and both relational and NoSQL databases, ideally on the Azure platform, such as Azure Data Lake, Cosmos DB or managed SQL service
• Basic know-how in data analysis software, ideally Microsoft Power BI, and document management based on Microsoft SharePoint Online
• A strong analytical and meticulous approach to your work with the diligence and care to craft enduring and resilient solutions
