Application Manager DMS (f/m/d)

We are looking for a skilled SharePoint Online and Power Platform expert with experience in both back-end and front-end development, who can support, develop, and maintain custom solutions while providing guidance to business users. Strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to manage processes and collaborate with stakeholders are essential for success in this role.

• Maintain & Enhance SharePoint Online: You will support, maintain, and develop our SharePoint Online environment, offering guidance and training to users. Collaborate with them to build lists, optimize metadata, and create custom web parts and integrations.
• Oversee Custom Solutions: Be responsible for the entire application lifecycle of custom solutions built on SharePoint Online, Azure, and Power Platform.
• Direct Business Support: Serve as a key contact for business users, providing application support, delivering training, analyzing requirements, and managing changes.
• Design Digital Processes: Help design and improve digital business processes, ensuring seamless integrations in partnership with stakeholders.
• Documentation Management: Keep all documentation for processes, applications, and integrations up-to-date, ensuring smooth operations and effective change management in a complex and evolving IT landscape.
• Manage External Vendors: Collaborate with external service providers to ensure optimal service and support.
• Automate IT Processes: Play a key role in advancing the automation of internal IT processes, especially around user and application lifecycle management.

If you are excited about joining our team, here is what we are looking for in the ideal candidate:

• A degree in computer science or comparable education
• Good experience in Low- and No-Code Environments such as Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong experience in back-end development of web applications and usage of REST APIs, e.g. in Javascript or C#. First-hand experience of the Azure platform would be a plus.
• Knowledge in front end development, ideally with SharePoint web parts or PowerPages
• Basic know-how of document management and metadata, e.g. based on Microsoft SharePoint Online
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical issues by providing support and training to business users
• Ability to gather and understand requirements and align with stakeholders. Certificates in (agile) project and change management, requirements analysis or stakeholder management are a plus but not required
• A strong analytical and meticulous approach to your work with the necessary due diligence and care to develop long-lasting and robust solutions
• Proficient in English, knowledge of any other European language is an asset
