Project Manager (f/m/d)

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead diverse operations at Alpha Trains, overseeing locomotive projects and ensuring their timely completion within budget. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, an engineering background, and strong communication skills to drive collaboration and success across our multinational team.

• Take the lead on daily operations for exciting projects, from crafting new locomotives to revamping existing ones
• Ensure projects stay on track, meeting deadlines and budgetary targets while achieving outlined objectives
• Develop roadmap success stories with comprehensive project plans, complete with key milestones assessment checkpoints, and success criteria
• Be the engine behind securing subsidies, offering vital support in application processes alongside the Senior Project Manager
• Keep stakeholders on track with regular updates on project progress reports and key developments
• Collaborate with the talented team project team to fine-tune project tools and streamline operational processes
• Coordinate the partnership between internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless cooperation throughout the project lifecycle

• A talent for technical project management or a proven record of technical project initiatives
• Showcase your engineering expertise with a relevant degree
• A robust comprehension of railway manufacturing or railway signaling is essential for our ideal candidate. We also welcome candidates with comparable substantial experience in diverse technical sectors
• Business savvy to manage contracts, stakeholders, and documentation with ease
• Efficiently manage multiple tasks, ensuring projects progress seamlessly on various fronts.
• Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal, to keep everyone on the same track
• A talent for negotiation and relationship-building that keeps projects moving forward
• Fluency in English and at least one other European language, with a strong preference for German proficiency
