Congratulations to our Cologne Passenger team
Successful re-audits for Passenger Division
Congratulations to our Cologne Passenger team for successfully passing both re-audits for ECM (Entity in Charge of Maintenance) in accordance with EU regulation 2019/779, and for ISO9001:2015.
For ISO9001:2015 it was the third re-audit, and our target-based and process-orientated quality management system was once again assessed as meeting the highest standards. The initial certificate was issued in February 2018. With regard to our ECM assessment, the auditor was particularly impressed with our high quality and safety standards relating to the inspections of our contracted maintenance workshops and the regular short inspections of our trains in operation.
