Full Service Manager (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Full Service Manager who is customer-oriented with strong negotiation and drafting skills.

Your role: manage relationships with Alpha Trains" Full Service Maintenance providers, ensure contractual KPIs are met, and improve maintenance contracts. Responsibilities include handling warranty claims, resolving customer complaints, preparing budgets, and collaborating with other departments for integrated service delivery.

• Manage and cultivate strong relationships with Alpha Trains" Full Service Maintenance providers.
• Ensure top-tier performance by supervising contractual KPIs for availability and reliability.
• Drive improvements and negotiate enhancements in existing Full Service Maintenance contracts.
• Skillfully negotiate service settlements with customers.
• Build and expand a robust supplier network for full-service maintenance.
• Explore business opportunities for providing spare engines, wheels, and final drives.
• Implement efficient processes to handle warranty claims effectively.
• Analyze warranty trends to spearhead quality improvements.
• Track and report warranty claims regularly.
• Develop and present compelling business cases to support settlements.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with fleet planners to prepare and manage full-service operation budgets.
• Formulate long-term plans for service improvements and expansions.
• Work in harmony with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

The Full Service Manager reports to the Head of Services and collaborates with other department heads to ensure cohesive operational performance.  

If you are excited about joining our team, here is what we are looking for in the ideal candidate:

• Master"s degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or equivalent experience, preferably in the railway sector
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in services or a commercial environment
• Experience or solid knowledge of IT-based maintenance management systems, ideally in the railway industry
• Familiarity with European and/or national railway legislation and technical standards is a plus
• Proficient in understanding and handling service and lease contracts
• Strong skills in negotiation and contract drafting
• Willingness to travel as required
• Proven expertise in managing budgets and financial planning
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is an advantage
• Customer-focused mindset dedicated to service excellence
