Operations Manager (f/m/d)

All commercial and organisational tasks surrounding the maintenance reserve for inspection work on our multiple units:

• Administering the maintenance reserves for our multiple units
• Administering requests for payment as well as reviewing, filing and organising the payment process
• Updating the data in our fleet management system Zedas with regard to maintenance billing
• Accounting for the maintenance reserves and updating the accounts
• Monitoring costs and cost trends
• Adjusting / recalculating the maintenance reserve in line with our contracts
• Budgeting / cash flow planning for future inspection measures
• Communicating both internally and with customers and suppliers on all issues regarding the maintenance reserve

The best qualifications for this position are:

• Graduate of a business apprenticeship
• Well-developed organisational skills and highly numerate
• Technical interest and ideally experience in a technical environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Independent, systematic and goal-driven attitude to work combined with reliability, resilience and team orientation
• Keen to work in an international, dynamic environment in an open team of experts
• Good command of German and English (spoken and written
