For our office in Luxembourg we are looking for a

Administrative Assistant (Part Time - 50%) (F/M/D)

Alpha Trains has owned and leased locomotives and passenger trains for nearly 22 years. More than 130 employees of various nationalities are active across Europe. Our approximately 930 locomotives and passenger trains are utilized in 22 European countries.


Your Role

  • Filing of documents in document management systems
  • Ordering/planning couriers
  • Archiving of legal documents, both digital and physical
  • Support in answering audit queries and internal questions
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks and paralegal support
  • Assisting the company secretary with filings in the Luxembourg Trade Register
  • General office tasks: incoming mail, ordering supplies, etc.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to read and understand key elements in contracts
  • Pro-active and organised with a sharp eye for details
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office
  • Professionally handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in English used as business language, knowledge of any other European language is an asset
