Documentation Administrator (F/M/D)
Alpha Trains has owned and leased locomotives and passenger trains for nearly 23 years. More than 130 employees of various nationalities are active across Europe. Our approximately 950 locomotives and passenger trains are utilized in 22 European countries.
Your Role
- Support the Engineering department by ensuring our Locomotive records are updated and consistent in the long term
- Review technical documents, such as maintenance acceptance, inspection reports, delivery and re-delivery protocols, for correctness and completeness before filing
- Manage reporting data of the locomotives, check monthly usage and contact lessees in case the information is incorrect or incomplete. Upload the information in the Asset Management system
- Support the delivery and re-delivery process by keeping the maintenance history for the locomotives up to date, updating Betriebsbücher
- Keep authorisation documents up to date and support the team with new applications
Your Profile
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in a technical administrative function
- Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience
- Basic technical understanding, preferably of maintenance data
- Accurate and precise with data
- Strong organisational skills and able to combine different tasks throughout the day
- Proficient in English and good German, any other language knowledge is a plus
